Tall Boy Toasties is a foodie’s food truck in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, serving outrageously good, gourmet grilled cheese sambos – from the classic creations to the rather obscure…we keep our menu slim in order to ensure our weekly sambo offerings are the absolute BEST and pack a punch with every bite. For both the basic and bold tastes out there, we have a Toastie for you, that will blow your socks off! Also serving a range of delightful refreshments – hot & cold.
Brought to you by Canadian / Irish Ex-Finance guy, turned ‘Grilled Cheese Maestro’ – Desmond, the real-life ‘Tall Boy’ (standing at a sturdy 6ft11 tall). Its a tight squeeze fitting him into the truck, but he is committed to the cause…and some ongoing chiropractic treatment!
TBT pairs with the best local producers, suppliers and food makers, and strives to select only the ‘absolute biz’ of Irish ingredients, to bring you show stopping grub.
Nestled in the Car Park beside the Greystones Dart station, just off Church Road; You’ll find our shiny, American-styled Airstream Trailor (aka TBT HQ) serving glorious cheese toasties, Tuesday through Sunday.
